$30.96 - 35.50 hourly

Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
Attain production goals as specified by the Plant Manager
Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in a professional manner
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
Maintain weekly employee attendance records
Maintain accurate production data
Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
Wear appropriate PPE
Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Associates Degree or higher preferred, but not necessary
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
3-5 years experience as a Supervisor
Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
Ability to work overtime
Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipment
Understand complex manufacturing specifications
Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Travel less than 10%
