About this opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Production Quality Engineer to join our Manufacturing Production Quality team. This position effectively leads two separate aspects of the company's core operations: preventative maintenance and quality.
Our quality engineering team supports the company's preventative maintenance program as well is involved with facilities management projects as they relate to continuous improvement-related projects. In this QE role you will be directly responsible for the support of quality control within the company's manufacturing systems, assisting other departments in support of quality control in the supply chain and, involved in quality management processes. This position is predominantly based at our Tallinn Factory on Peterburi tee 67a with some flexibility for hybrid work. To be considered for this opportunity you need to reside in Estonia and have valid working rights in Estonia.
What you will do:
• Collect, keep a track of and report production quality data • Highlight critical production quality issues• Establish, set up and check relevant quality targets• Coordinate production and engineering team activities in quality problem solving via root cause analysis• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and closing follow-up (workmanship related failures, analysis and corrective actions);• Create/update of product specific and general quality procedures/ instructions• Participate in the delivery of factory internal audits• Participate in PFMEA, creation and following-up control plans• Own the delivery of process audits• Provide quality related trainings when knowledge gaps identified
The skills you bring:
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Engineering quality from electronics or manufacturing industry• Knowledge of quality systems and measuring • Experience conducting Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)• Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing knowledge and statistics• Knowledge of TS16949 or ISO9001• Good verbal and written English as well as Russian language ability on communication level• Strong personal drive and interpersonal skills• College or university degree in telecommunication, electronics or mechanics
