Responsibilities:1. Manage the preparation of production and material plans, balancing production capacity with order demand;
2. Develop procurement and shipping plans based on material requirements;
3. Develop and track raw material delivery schedules;
4. Monitor and manage production anomalies. Proactively analyze and issue early warnings regarding risks related to resources and delivery times; organize relevant departments to conduct analyses and formulate corresponding action plans and measures;
5. Optimize inventory levels, balance production capacity, and adjust product delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing capital tied up in inventory;
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the production department and other departments (such as procurement, logistics, and warehousing) to ensure the timely supply and rational allocation of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and direct labor.
1. At least 2 years of experience in PMC (Production Planning and Control) within the automotive parts or automotive interior industry; preference given to candidates with work experience at local automotive parts manufacturers in Tianjin, Japanese-owned automotive parts companies, or suppliers to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs); preference given to candidates familiar with the production processes and scheduling logic for automotive floor mats, carpets, and interior components.
2. Professional skills: Familiarity with MPS/MRP planning logic, BOM (Bill of Materials) breakdown, inventory control, and order review processes;
Proficient in operating ERP and inventory management systems; expert in Excel (functions, pivot tables, and report generation); understanding of the IATF 16949 system, automotive industry order delivery requirements, and batch traceability management; knowledge of planning adjustments and exception handling for rush orders, insert orders, order changes, and rework orders.
3. Comprehensive Skills: Clear thinking and numerical aptitude; strong planning and organizational skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of efficiently liaising with production, procurement, sales, and warehouse departments; high stress tolerance, able to handle production models involving multiple orders, diverse product varieties, and small-batch insertions; meticulous and responsible work ethic, principled approach, and strong time management and problem-resolution skills.
