Job Description:
Support the manager as required, providing insights in support of data driven business decisions.
In charge of timely payroll processing to ensure monthly payment to employees in his/her scope
Support Ad-hoc payroll related information providing and consolidation in the employee life cycle
Daily focal point to answer employee’s C&B related questions, including time management, payroll and other C&B related questions for respective entities.
Interacts with other HR teams and business functions, generate C&B related report and analysis, provide C&B related information/data based on requirement
Interacts with external clients such as Government Institutions, vendors, etc. to ensure timely and standard operations’ outputs on C&B related activities
Work with auditors for any payroll & benefits related queries and provide requested information needed by auditor on request, implement improvement measures as requested
Support to bring employee and biz voice to CoE for their Compensation policy & program design and improvement
Analysis on company internal compensation related information, and provide timely and accurate data/report for continuous improvement
Assist to the annual Camp. (Eg. Perf, Review, Salary Review, bonus, and other compensation related Campaigns, etc.) for data preparation, material preparation, communication suggestion, etc.
Understand Reward policies and procedures to conduct operations and support employees and management effectively
Act with integrity and support management in enforcing HR policies and compliance initiatives.
Stay updated with changes in relevant labor laws and payroll regulations, recommending policy changes as needed.
Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and time management queries.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee data.
Other tasks assigned by the manager, including but not limited to GMM operations support, other HR topics
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience of Reward or Legal experience, preferably in compensation rewards consulting or legal firm with data processing& digital dashboard creation experience
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Ability to deliver on time, and to tight timeframes while handling conflicting priorities
Highly numerical and meticulous in detail with a clear focus on quality with ability to spot anomalies and investigate to correct them
Ability to work on own initiative with high standards and a continuous improvement attitude.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience of researching and analyzing data
Strong communication and influencing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and proficient in PowerPoint, experience of using Google Suite is a plus
Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Digitalization capability and experience is a plus
