Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedule based on SO requirement.

• Manage daily job release and replace lot issue, communicate with warehouse and ensure no discrepancy of material releasing to shop floor.

• FGI warehouse management and daily shipment arrangement

• Follow management OTD task as same as company goals

• Follow outsource sub-contraction process

• Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products

• Effectively communicating with the management team and shop floor production team

• Train fluent on production flow to solve day-to-day production issues

Requirements: (Please state Qualification, Experience and/or additional skills):

• Qualification: Relevant Higher Diploma or above

• Experience: Preferably with min 1-2 year experience of planning, or equivalent, experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Skills: Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and material planning.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
