The Advanced Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, specifically focusing on air conditioning and air compressors, with at least three years of experience required. Experience in project management is preferred.

The QA Director manages quality across manufacturing sites, drives continuous improvement, collaborates across teams, and manages quality budgets to support operations.

Design moderate-to-complex PCB layouts (Digital, Analog, Power, RF) using Siemens Xpedition/PADs, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD; create fabrication/assembly drawings (AutoCAD 2023), BOMs and ODB++ outputs; apply IPC standards, high-speed and RF layout best practices; collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing teams; maintain legacy designs and documentation. Must be eligible for DoD Secret clearance when required.

Create and maintain manufacturing workflow documents (travelers), support production/process engineering, manage technical change forms and customer technical queries, ensure ISO9001/AS9100 compliance, interface with engineering and customers for DFM, and assist production floor with process/technical issues and documentation updates.

Manage electroplating chemistries and parameters, perform plating tests and lab trials, investigate and resolve production and quality issues, develop and introduce new plating processes, materials, and equipment, and maintain/update plating systems.

The Engineering Tech supports PCB fabrication, resolves downtime issues, analyzes processes, and drives quality improvements while communicating with various departments.

The Product Engineering Supervisor manages daily NPI tasks, provides team leadership, prioritizes projects, and ensures resource availability for product development.

Lead new business capture for strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts across PCB, RF/microwave, and microelectronics product lines. Build pipelines, shape requirements pre-RFP, run full capture lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional solution architecture, and secure high-value awards. Serve as primary customer interface, influence acquisition strategies, and drive win strategies with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing.

Provide technical and production support for RF/microwave PCB products: design-test correlation, data analysis, test development, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional support to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost reduction.
