We're searching for a Product Owner who excels in problem-solving, analytics, and possesses a keen business sense along with a knack for technical innovation. Join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in developing Salesforce applications, driving efficiency, and transforming the company’s CRM Platform. The successful candidate will collect and define project requirements within the existing product line, oversee development teams from a product perspective, and lead implementation.
What You'll Do:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for lead processing, quoting and contract management applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to collect requirements, propose solutions and prioritize delivery of new features.
Take proactive measures to address discrepancies in requirements.
Partner with the UX team to enhance customer experience by improving discoverability and ease of use.
Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements and implementation specifications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
Create and refine user stories, and estimate levels of effort.
Take ownership of the product backlog.
Establish acceptance criteria and lead sprint demo sessions.
What We Need From You:
6 to 9 years of working experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner roles.
Proficiency in leading project delivery, managing risks, and making essential trade-offs.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, user research methodologies, and interaction design.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Lightning Design System.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management practices.
Experience in extracting data using SOQL, analyzing it, and making data-driven decisions is highly desired.
Holding active Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, and Consultant, is beneficial.
