As an Associate – Intelligent Automation in the Digital & Platform Services team, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing automation projects that drive business performance. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver results that matter to our firm and clients. You will be part of a team that values innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement, helping us achieve more together.

 

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new automation opportunities and pilot modern solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Promote an automation culture and evangelize the value of automation tools across teams.
- Apply firmwide frameworks and policies to ensure controlled and compliant automation deliveries.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and engineering teams to define, design, configure, test, deploy, and integrate automation solutions.
- Lead opportunity identification and assessment activities, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects.
- Develop, construct, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using robotic process automation software.
- Coordinate sign-off approvals for milestone deliverables and program deployment.
- Participate in quality assurance to optimize features and functions of automation solutions.
- Evaluate evolving products and cognitive technologies to enhance automation offerings.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives using self-service digital tools such as UiPath and Alteryx.
- Create and deliver functional training on automation products and modules; mentor team members to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process automation and product or project management roles.
- Proven track record in driving medium to large-sized projects with measurable results.
- Experience collaborating with leadership teams locally and globally.
- In-depth understanding of project management techniques and business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- 5-6 years’ total experience in relevant fields.
- Proven experience product management with end-to-end delivery of 3 or more products
- Good understanding of digital AI, Product sense, and intelligent automation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and digitization agendas for regional and global teams.
