As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Lead and deliver enterprise finance application projects (NetSuite/ERP) by gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing implementations, integrations, data migrations, testing, and production support. Act as techno-functional liaison across business, vendors, architects, and developers to optimize finance processes, reporting, and automation; support SOX compliance and month-end close while driving system scalability and user adoption.

Manage a portfolio of B2B customers to drive product adoption, secure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. Proactively engage customers, conduct health checks and business reviews, resolve churn risks, de-escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate CRM records and meet retention, NPS, and revenue KPIs.
