As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, education, and qualification. Use phone, email, chat, and Salesforce to nurture leads, document interactions, follow pre-sales processes, and meet activity metrics. Provides privacy legal counsel to engineering and product teams developing global AI-powered communications and contact center products. Leads privacy and data protection impact assessments, advises on global privacy, AI, security, and HIPAA requirements, supports incident response and processing records, maintains customer-facing trust materials, and monitors legal developments. Requires collaboration across privacy, product, engineering, information security, and regulatory teams.

Supports FP&A for RingCentral’s Professional Services organization, focusing on COGS, headcount, revenue, margin, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. Builds driver-based financial models, analyzes budget-to-actual variances, prepares P&L and headcount reporting, reviews purchase orders and accruals, and develops executive dashboards. Partners with Operations, PMO, Accounting, and Finance Systems to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, data integrity, and margin performance.

Supports global compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, equity, merit cycles, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary administration. Analyzes compensation data, develops cost models and reports, maintains HRIS records, and ensures data integrity and policy compliance. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders while supporting organizational changes, acquisitions, process improvements, and compensation communications.

Drive solution-based sales for RingCentral’s small-office and home-office segment. Manage marketing-generated leads, sales cycles, pipelines, forecasting, virtual presentations, and web demonstrations while selling to IT decision-makers. Consistently meet or exceed quota using a consultative, challenger-oriented approach. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, adaptability, and proficiency with Salesforce.com.

Manage and grow existing SOHO and small business accounts in Australia. Responsibilities include renewals, account health monitoring, churn-risk mitigation, retention strategies, upselling and cross-selling, customer negotiations, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with Support, Billing, and Product teams. The role requires strong account management, sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with Salesforce or CRM experience and willingness to work an Australia-aligned hybrid schedule.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities across Australian mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, conducting tailored multi-stakeholder outreach, qualifying leads through discovery, maintaining CRM data, reviewing AI-generated sales materials, and partnering with Account Executives and Marketing on account-based strategies and handoffs.

Supports FP&A for go-to-market teams by managing acquisition and retention expenses, setting budgets, reporting monthly results, analyzing financial metrics and complex datasets, evaluating business risks, and partnering with sales, accounting, and senior leadership on growth decisions. The role also explores AI tools for improving forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.

Partners with GTM, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to transform large datasets into actionable business insights. Builds predictive models, automated dashboards, and reporting solutions; evaluates data quality and integrates new data sources. Presents complex analyses to nontechnical stakeholders, leads analytics projects, collaborates with data engineering, and mentors junior analysts.

Own and optimize RingCentral’s outbound pipeline generation engine and inbound lead funnel. Build automated workflows, integrations, routing systems, account scoring models, campaigns, reporting infrastructure, and sales plays using the GTM technology stack. Partner across sales, marketing, and operations to improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution, rep efficiency, and tooling ROI. The role requires experimentation, analytics, CRM architecture, financial modeling, and four days per week in the Denver office.

Own and execute B2B SaaS lifecycle and email marketing programs, including nurture, behavioral, onboarding, and customer expansion campaigns. Build automated workflows in Marketo and HubSpot, coordinate Salesforce lead management and Outreach sequences, and report performance through Tableau. Drive segmentation, personalization, deliverability, compliance, and structured testing to improve engagement, conversion, pipeline, and ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales, and Analytics while applying AI tools to improve campaign efficiency.

Own global demand forecasting and planning by analyzing sales, shipment, inventory, market, and customer data. Create and update demand plans, align supply with regional and global requirements, manage safety stock, monitor forecast accuracy, and reduce stockouts and excess inventory. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, distributors, and supply chain teams on launches, large deals, transitions, and promotions. Lead gap analysis, process improvements, reporting, and development of S&OP practices.

Manage 200+ existing mid-market accounts, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, reduce churn, and deliver strong customer service. Serve as an expert on RingCentral’s communications portfolio, including hosted VoIP, call management, and contact center solutions. Use B2B solution selling, customer needs analysis, sales methodologies, and channel-partner relationships to grow revenue and support new business initiatives.

Supports compensation program administration, data maintenance, reporting, analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. Prepares compensation files, validates data, models pay scenarios, researches job content, responds to routine inquiries, and maintains survey documentation. Collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders while escalating complex issues and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills, foundational compensation knowledge, and willingness to work a night-shift hybrid schedule in Manila.

Provides technical pre-sales support to service providers, direct sellers, and channel partners. Responsibilities include partner enablement, product demonstrations, co-selling, network readiness assessment, proof-of-concept validation, technical presentations, solution evaluation, product feedback, lab testing, and customer event support. Requires expertise in RingCentral products, UCaaS, legacy voice, VoIP, IMS, data networking, and service-provider provisioning and billing processes.

Provide data-driven insights and reporting for Sales Operations: partner with stakeholders, perform root-cause analysis, design dashboards, manage data pipelines, audit commission data, and apply AI/ML tools to improve processes and forecast performance.

Lead Canada enterprise sales strategy and execution, build and coach high-performing sales teams, drive new business and large strategic deals, manage forecasting and executive reporting, and cultivate C-level relationships to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
