Use B2B solution selling, customer needs analysis, sales methodologies, and channel-partner relationships to grow revenue and support new business initiatives.

Prepares compensation files, validates data, models pay scenarios, researches job content, responds to routine inquiries, and maintains survey documentation. Collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders while escalating complex issues and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills, foundational compensation knowledge, and willingness to work a night-shift hybrid schedule in Manila.
