We are looking for a commercially savvy Business Analyst – Product Owner to lead key capabilities within our Player Account Management (PAM) platform. You’ll own the discovery, definition, and delivery of features across core modules including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Player Relationship DB (single customer view), Responsible Gaming, Wallet & Payments, KYC, Bonusing, Campaigns, Loyalty, Player Registration & Journeys, and integration APIs.
You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, CRM, Payments, Fraud/Risk, BI, and Operations to ship secure, compliant, high-availability services that scale across multiple brands and markets. Candidates with hands-on iGaming PAM experience (operator or vendor side) are highly preferred.
Product Ownership & Strategy
Own outcomes for one or more PAM modules—set vision, measurable goals, and roadmap aligned to regulatory, market, and commercial priorities.
Translate business strategy into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs (value vs. effort, risk, and compliance).
Lead discovery (workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, prototyping) and delivery (refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, rollout).
Define success metrics and experiment (A/B tests, feature flags) to continuously improve conversion, trust & safety, and operational excellence.

Drive delivery with Engineering/QA: sprint planning, user story refinement, demos, UAT, and releases across brands/markets.
Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., AML/KYC, RG, GDPR; market-specific rules) and auditability.
Support integrations by working with external PSPs, KYC providers, CRM/CDP, fraud/risk tools, and external service providers.
Track and improve KPIs (conversion, KYC pass, deposit success, bonus engagement, reliability).
Champion non-functional requirements: availability, performance, security, observability, and data quality.
Coordinate stakeholders (CRM, Payments, Risk/Fraud, BI, Ops, Support) and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
Maintain core artifacts (PRDs, roadmaps, process maps) and ensure traceability and change control.
