本ポジションは、その中でも Digital Experience 領域を担当し、Salesforce Japanのウェブサイトを通じたデジタル顧客体験の向上に直接貢献します。グローバル本社(米国)のデジタルチームとの連携も多く、国際的な環境でのコラボレーション経験を積むことができます。
職務内容Salesforce Japanのプロダクトマーケティングチームにおいて、日本語ウェブサイトのコンテンツ品質・最新性を維持・向上させる役割を担っていただきます。グローバルチームと連携しながら、日本市場に最適化されたデジタル体験の提供に貢献する重要なポジションです。
- ウェブサイトローカライズプロセスの運用
- グローバルのウェブサイト更新情報をキャッチアップし、日本語版への反映プロセスを管理・推進する
- 社内の関係チーム(Webチーム、ローカライズチーム等)と連携し、コンテンツ公開スケジュールを調整する
- ローカライズ品質の確認・フィードバックを行い、継続的な改善に貢献する
- 海外ブログ・コンテンツの翻訳・編集
- グローバルブログ記事・製品情報を日本市場向けに翻訳・編集する
- 翻訳の正確性・自然さを担保するため、外部翻訳ベンダーとの連携・レビューを行う
- 日本語コンテンツのSEO最適化を意識した編集作業を行う
- デモコンテンツのウェブ掲載対応
- 製品デモ動画・スクリーンショット等のコンテンツについて、ウェブ掲載に必要な申請・承認フローを管理する
- 関係部門(Product、Legal、Brand等)との調整を行い、公開までのプロセスをスムーズに進める
- 掲載後のコンテンツ管理・更新対応を行う
- 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力(読み・書き・話し)
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力(グローバルチームとのメールやSlackでのやり取り)
- ウェブコンテンツの制作・編集・管理に関する基本的な知識または実務経験
