What you’ll own 

  • Turn market research and competitive insights into clear strategies that influence product direction and accelerate business growth.

  • Build deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to shape product roadmaps and unlock new opportunities.

  • Define target audiences and craft compelling value propositions that drive consistent, high-impact messaging across channels.

  • Lead product positioning and messaging that differentiates Greater Giving solutions and strengthens market perception.

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for product releases, creating alignment and momentum that increases adoption and engagement.

What you’ll bring

  • 8 or more years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing.

  • Proven success launching and growing products in payments, eCommerce, financial technology or enterprise software environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and influencing people leaders and senior leaders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.

Skills Required

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on product marketing
  • Experience successfully launching and growing products within payments, eCommerce, FinTech or Paytech businesses
  • Demonstrated track record of creating compelling value propositions and narratives
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent writing and ability to engage executive-level audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Knowledge of the non-profit and fundraising events industry
  • Excellent cross-departmental relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple viewpoints
