Skills Required
- 7+ years of product marketing experience at high-growth SaaS
- At least 2 years operating as the only or most senior PMM at your company
- Proven track record of shipping launches end-to-end as an individual contributor (positioning, copy, sales assets)
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Sales Enablement to land messaging on the sales floor
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets sellers use (case studies, demo scripts, objection handlers, battlecards, one-pagers)
- Run product launches end-to-end: audience, narrative, channels, success metrics, announcement emails, in-product copy, launch pages
- Build PMM operating systems: launch templates, intake processes, naming, prioritization, and cross-functional rhythms
- Stand up lightweight competitive intelligence and translate customer insight into messaging and roadmap input
- Hands-on writing craft (able to draft high-quality emails, launch copy, and assets yourself)
- AI-native usage of AI tools to produce higher-quality marketing outputs
- Experience in vertical or SMB SaaS, proptech, or martech (bonus)
- Systems-builder, disciplined focus, self-starter, and sales-floor curiosity (strong soft skills)
