Ibotta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Campaign Experience & Activation to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You'll help commercialize and drive adoption of our evolving campaign experience, making it easier for key stakeholders across the business to understand, adopt, and use new capabilities and workflows. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and a Senior Product Marketing Manager to turn a rapidly evolving campaign platform into a clear and effective commercial experience.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who enjoys being close to the product, the business, and the people who use it. You'll help bring new campaign capabilities to market, gather feedback from key personas, identify friction and adoption opportunities, and ensure that Product Marketing's strategy translates into strong execution.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new campaign-platform capabilities and experiences.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer value, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

  • Own launch execution for assigned capabilities, including messaging, enablement, training, communications, and adoption plans.

  • Partner with Product and the Senior Product Marketing Manager to bring campaign experience strategy to market and connect individual launches into a cohesive commercial story.

  • Build a deep understanding of key campaign personas, using customer feedback, research, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities to improve adoption and usability.

  • Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to prepare teams for new campaign capabilities, workflows, and processes, and develop the resources they need to sell effectively.

  • Track launch adoption, performance, and market feedback, translating insights into recommendations that improve engagement and commercial impact.

  • Support emerging campaign-platform initiatives, including AI-assisted campaign planning, automation, and new campaign experiences.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience across Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, or related disciplines, with experience bringing products or capabilities to market.

  • Experience in adtech, retail media, commerce media, performance marketing, SaaS, or another B2B technology environment preferred.

  • Experience working with enterprise CPG customers or sales organizations strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product launches and go-to-market programs.

  • Strong understanding of how to translate product functionality into clear customer value, messaging, and sales materials.

  • Experience working closely with Product and cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities to market.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep launches moving.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex products and workflows easy to understand.

  • Comfortable working closely with Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement and incorporating feedback from key personas into marketing strategy.

  • Curious and customer-oriented, with a strong interest in understanding how products are actually used and where people encounter friction.

  • Highly organized and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with significant organizational change and ambiguity.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $100,000-$115,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
