Your Mission 

We're looking for a Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Lead (m/f/d) to own how we position, market, and grow Libra across every region and audience we serve. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, turning strategy into a consistent customer story, and you'll lead the team that makes it happen - with full ownership of go-to-market across our international markets. 

What You'll Do 

  • Own Libra's strategic market positioning and build a scalable go-to-market strategy across target audiences and industries 

  • Develop and evolve ICPs, persona models, messaging frameworks, and value propositions 

  • Own all international go-to-market strategies 

  • Drive portfolio expansion and own the strategy for brand and product marketing development 

  • Act as the connection point across all regional marketing teams globally 

  • Build sales-enablement structures that increase efficiency across the full sales cycle 

  • Strengthen brand positioning and sharpen our competitive differentiation 

  • Lead and develop the marketing team strategically and organizationally, managing 6 direct reports 

  • Create clear structures, priorities, and processes for sustainable growth 

  • Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes that ensure accountability across the team 

  • Own project management for the team's initiatives 

  • Champion team empowerment and team health 

What You Bring 

  • 6+ years in product and brand marketing, proven experience leading product marketing and go-to-market strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech 

  • 3+ years in leadership position, track record building and scaling marketing teams, with direct people management experience 

  • Experience in working across international, multi-market teams 

  • A collaborative style that works naturally across Product, Sales, and Marketing 

  • Fluency in both English & German (at least level B2)

  • Based in Berlin and ready to actively shape the team culture and office environment as a role model
