Our roster has an opening with your name on it

As a Product Manager for the Core Apps domain, you will contribute to shaping the systems and capabilities that power FanDuel's customer-facing mobile and web applications. These applications serve millions of users across major sporting events, delivering seamless sports betting experiences to customers.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product development teams to evolve critical customer facing capabilities and optimise performance of the app. You will collaborate with engineering and product engineering pillars to ensure our apps remain robust, adaptable, and innovative, supporting new product features, market expansions, and evolving regulatory and commercial needs.

This is an impactful role that will benefit from both technical understanding and product management skills — you'll contribute to optimizing app performance, building enabling capabilities that allow our product engineering teams to move at speed, and help ensure FanDuel continues to deliver seamless, high-volume betting experiences through our customer-facing applications.

The Role

  • Own and deliver feature-level outcomes over quarters, executing within established initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategies and propose solutions that address customer problems.
  • Support defining success criteria for features; gather insights through analytics, research, and competitive analysis.
  • Participate in shaping activities (e.g., spikes, usability testing, A/B tests) to de-risk features and refine solutions that enhance app capabilities.
  • Execute appropriate delivery approaches (experiment, MVP, data-driven) to achieve outcomes that enable faster product engineering delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies; communicate progress, blockers, and impacts to stakeholders and senior product managers.
  • Support collaborative workshops (ideation, unpacking, requirements gathering) and help ensure clear action plans for app improvement initiatives.
  • Build technical understanding in your product area; apply feasibility insights during solution development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of digital product management experience with demonstrable feature-level delivery and outcomes, preferably with mobile or web application focus.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, analyzing data, and recommending improvements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and cross-team planning sessions.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of customer needs and behaviours, gained through research and cross-functional collaboration in consumer-facing applications.
  • Technical aptitude; ability to understand trade-offs and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

  • Interesting work - working in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, new problems and exciting solutions are never too far away. There are always opportunities to learn new skills and broaden your horizons
  • A sense of achievement - Our teams own their own software and when that awesome new feature ships to users and the positive feedback starts rolling in, you can feel really proud of what you and your team created
  • Personal development - clear and defined career pathways for every role at every level, a supportive manager, loads of learning opportunities and even 10% of your time to dedicate to your learning.
  • Belonging - everyone at FanDuel works for each other, we win together, make mistakes together and have lots of fun doing it.
  • Trust - A trusting work environment where productivity is valued above all else, giving you autonomy and ownership of your time and work
  • Great financial package - Including salary, bonus, pension, private healthcare, share save scheme, flexible working & holiday policy along with a number of other benefits.
