As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our flagship product, Recover. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and will collaborate with our customers to deliver the best solutions for our market. 

Your Impact:

  • Develop, own, and execute a detailed product roadmap that outlines feature development, technical enhancements, and release schedules.

  • Demonstrate your technical background and domain knowledge to engineering, architects, UX, and DevOps teams, providing clear requirements, writing specifications, ensuring technical feasibility, and running the backlog.

  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize product initiatives, make informed technical decisions, and enhance product functionality.

  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, measure success for new features, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Support team, providing technical insights and product knowledge to better assist customers.

  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer requirements by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the company-wide product guide and go-to person for your domain.

  • Represent the company at customer events and present the product to large audiences.

  • "Lead by example" and contribute to the overall growth and success of the product management team.

Required skills:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • 2 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, working with multiple development teams.

  • Strong technical background with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in writing specs & user stories.

  • Experience working with Agile and Lean product development methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills – in both English and Hebrew.

  • Experience in talking to customers and in validating product needs with the market.

  • Ability to drive, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A goal-oriented, highly motivated leader who takes full ownership of the product life cycle.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Strong listening skills, openness to feedback, and willingness to change one's mind based on new information or perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing and storage.

  • Experience with analyzing data and querying large, complex data sets.

  • Previous experience as QA/Software Engineering.

  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce products.

  • Familiarity with  B2B/SaaS products.
