About Higgsfield

Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images, and interactive content with 200+ frontier models — and they do it at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 3x in the last three months and crossed $700M in annualized GAAP revenue by July 2026.

We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what's working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days — we ship 80+ releases a month.

About the role

You will own the paying-user lifecycle end-to-end: activating new subscribers into habitual users, growing consumers into prosumers, protecting rebills, reducing voluntary and involuntary churn, and running systematic winback. In a consumer AI market where median retention is brutal, retention is our sharpest competitive weapon — and this role is its owner.

We are looking for someone who treats retention as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort triangles to shipped products in the same week, and defending every claimed win with honest attribution. We need someone who understands the complete behavioral picture behind them: why users buy, why they leave, where they go, and what brings them back. PLG built on that understanding compounds; PLG built on acquisition alone leaks. This is a hands-on A-level role on the Product Growth team — the team that owns all of Higgsfield's revenue — with direct impact on the largest line items in our P&L.

Key responsibilities

Own activation: onboarding flows, aha-moment design, time-to-first-value — turning day-0 subscribers into week-4 habitual users.

Build engagement systems: tasks, streaks, rewards, and the notifications platform that moves users up the consumer → prosumer ladder — prioritizing durable habit formation over one-offengagement spikes.

Own churn end-to-end: voluntary (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).

Run winback as a system, not a campaign: offer architecture, timing models, and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts — reactivation already contributes millions in MRR monthly, and it's still under-engineered.

Drive expansion: upsells, plan upgrades, and credit top-up purchase frequency from engaged cohorts.

Go deep on users: full-profile research, behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives — your insights feed every team in Product Growth.

Partner with lifecycle marketing: email/push triggers and content built on the segments and signals you define

Minimum qualifications

• A track record of personally owning retention, churn, or engagement metrics in a subscription business — you can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it, rather than pointing to team outcomes.

• Deep command of subscription mechanics: rebills, dunning, involuntary churn, grace flows, save offers — you know which churn gets fixed with product and which gets fixed with payments infrastructure, and you don't confuse the two.

Cohort-analysis fluency: retention curves, survival analysis, segmentation — you read triangles like others read dashboards, and you distrust any aggregate that hasn't been decomposed.

• Built habit-forming mechanics (streaks, rewards, notifications) with quantified results — durable retention lift rather than short-lived engagement theater.

Measurement discipline: weekly experiments, honest attribution, guard metrics — a claimed win you can't defend under scrutiny is worse than no win.

Full command of your data: you build your own cohorts and queries, and never wait for an analyst to tell you what happened.

Preferred qualifications

• 3–6+ years in product or growth roles in subscription businesses.

• Consumer AI, performance marketing, gaming, or credits-economy background (usage-based engagement patterns).

• Experience with payment orchestration / recovery tooling.

• Worked with CRM/lifecycle-marketing platforms at scale.

Why this role is special

• Retention in consumer AI is an unsolved problem industry-wide — solving it here is a career-defining case study.

• The winback opportunity alone is one of the highest-ROI surfaces in the company — and it's yours on day one.

• Full ownership of your metrics, and a team culture where impact is measured in revenue — not process.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation with meaningful equity at a $5B-valuation, hyper-growth company.

• A team that owns its P&L end-to-end — you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.

• Direct access to founders and leadership; zero layers between you and the decision.

• Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
• Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
