Acts as a key interface between the regional service sales team and associated GTMs to execute the yearly operating plan for the Imaging modality
Partners with the Regional Service Sales Leader and Service Sales Managers to provide product support and ensure Imaging Upgrades priorities and strategy are implemented across regions
Identifies opportunities and develops region-specific offerings to drive growth in Installed Base (IB) upgrades across the Imaging modality
Drives NPI across IB upgrade modalities
Drives price gains and bundling solutions to maximize capture rates, renewal rates, and warranty conversions
Collaborates with regional teams, channel partners, service delivery, operations, sales, and service sales to deliver on the operating plan
Monitors and tracks opportunities and develops a healthy funnel in SFDC
Manages sales backlog and coordinates with the OTR team to address any obstacles to fulfillment
Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in healthcare equipment/service commercial sales and products across diverse geographies and environments
Proven track record in KPI-driven performance management
Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and reporting tools
Commercial expertise in solution selling, financial analysis, or pricing
Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel at least 50%
10+ years of experience in sales or product management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, with a disciplined approach to sales, product management, and operational execution
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Experience in driving performance management and continuous improvement
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and regions
