The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the product management team to translate the product vision into actionable features for both business team and development team. This role involves consolidating and documenting product requirements, creating high-level designs, and working with the engineering team on technical designs. Additional responsibilities include supporting scrum teams, managing the product backlog, and optimizing product value.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information System or a related field
- 6 years’ experience in Product Management or similar role.
- Extensive experience in B2B software development, including creating, implementing, and managing software platforms and/or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with micro-services and API-based products. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide thought leadership on business cases, architecture alignment, and delivery approach that influences strategic product roadmap development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels and with international teams.
- Success in working with cross-functional teams and influencing across a matrix organization to drive consensus and deliver customer solutions.
Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with solution consultants and client success managers to understand market needs and align with product strategy, business values, and requirements.
- Define high-quality product designs and directions according to the product vision from concept initiation through delivery, engaging cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, legal & compliance, business lines, product marketing, partners, sales, and operations.
- Navigate all phases of the product development process, from concept to production launch. Utilize excellent communication skills to translate technical requests into product features, including benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and execute the launch of new products and significant features, considering interdependencies. Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business priorities as communicated by the Product Manager. Lead product backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management, and release planning sessions.
- Communicate with partners and service provides for your product integrations including commercial term, service scope, support model, and regularly contract renewal, etc. Maintain regular communication and coordination with internal development staff and external partners to ensure product development goals are met.
- Support product planning and review, including financial and performance assessments for both local and global management teams. Ad-hoc review is required.
- Develop product documentation and maintain training materials for new products and features. Provide product training session and materials to make sure internal stakeholders are well known the products.
