What You’ll Do
- Develop deep expertise in Coupa’s platform capabilities, including its financial approvals engine, process automation suite, custom asset portfolio, forms, notifications, budgets, projects and tasks, core data models, certifications (PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP) configuration models, and more.
- Contribute to the vision, roadmap planning, and execution for the Core Platform platform, translating high-level business goals into actionable design documents and long-term product strategy.
- Manage the product roadmap and write feature designs, collaborating closely with UX, engineering, and AI research teams to deliver intuitive platform experiences for business users.
- Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment, advocating for standardized orchestration patterns that empower stakeholders.
- Represent the product internally and externally to enterprise stakeholders, articulating the value of automation in reducing cycle times and increasing process adoption.
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- At least 3 years of PM experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company, ideally in the platform side of the house, building horizontal capabilities and frameworks.
- A hands-on learner with a history of mastering complex, data-heavy systems and translating them into user-friendly experiences.
- A strong understanding of data lifecycle, governance, and privacy.
- Exposure to industry certification processes a plus (PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ITAR, etc.)
- Bias toward action, a collaborative spirit, and a data-driven approach to making product decisions.
- Ability to manage technical debt while pushing for innovation, ensuring robust engineering and testing standards.
