What You'll Do:
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for product and engineering roles—primarily Frontend (React) and Backend (Ruby/Rails) positions.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active talent.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, events, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate on designing and running employer branding campaigns—online and offline—to boost our presence in tech communities.
- Represent the company at meetups, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and culture.
- Track metrics, provide weekly reports, and identify opportunities for optimization in the hiring process.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 10+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record hiring frontend/backend engineers (React, Ruby/Rails preferred).
- Prior experience hiring for product companies or startups is a big plus.
- Ability to engage, excite, and build relationships with top-tier talent.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strategic mindset and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and insights.
- Passion for storytelling and branding, with experience in employer brand initiatives.
