Leads the strategy, architecture, automation, reliability, and security of global Active Directory and identity infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Owns education strategy, commercialization, learning systems, release readiness, change management, team development, and cross-functional operating rhythms. Connects training and certification activity to renewal, retention, revenue, support deflection, customer satisfaction, and partner outcomes. Manages managers and aligns executive stakeholders around a scalable enablement model.

Lead product design, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives. Build adoption and customer-health dashboards, analyze usage and competitive positioning, resolve customer escalations, and translate feedback into product improvements.
