The Product Management, Associate Director for CT Corporation will steer the strategic vision and direction for our customer-facing platform. This leader will drive the consolidation of our legacy portals to deliver a modern, AI-enabled customer experience. This role will lead the full product lifecycle from: product strategy, business plan development, planning, design, delivery and ongoing enhancements of the portal. Given that CT is a service business, this role is responsible for the complete delivery of the offering, from the digital application, to the connection with other systems, and where applicable – to service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Roadmap Development
- Lead the creation of a multi-year product strategy. vision and roadmap
- Conduct customer journey mapping to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a roadmap that will delight customers, align with company strategy and drive profitable growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor solutions, and cutting-edge technological innovation to inform the roadmap
- Align with internal teams to create more efficient workflows that can be supported by our systems and our Service and Fulfillment teams
- Validate with customer usability testing and analytics
- Collaborate with Growth Enablement and other functional teams on market research and data analysis to inform vision
- Segment and prioritize requirements across CT’s customer base
Product Delivery and Experimentation
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure consistent, ongoing releases
- Develop and execute business cases that delivers profitable growth
- Focus on action and experiments that lead to ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficient decision making and barriers are identified and addressed
- Use of AI, and new technologies to enhance the product experience
Systems Integration, Architecture, and API Strategy
- Partner with Technology and Business Enablement to define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Lead the definition of how the portal connects with other CT systems and data sources
- Oversee the design and implementation of APIs and integrations needed to support portal functionality and data exchange
Roll out and Monitoring
- Own internal and external change‑management strategy
- Create clear communication plans for Sales, Service, Fulfillment, and other internal partners
- Effective Go-to-market rollout working with Sales & Marketing
- Drive successful migration of customers from legacy portals to the unified platform, ensuring minimal friction and strong adoption
- Monitor financial results vs. plan and adjust priorities or approaches as needed
- Monitor other key KPIs, including increased NPS, usage, profitability
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product/service offering launches
- Experience with AI
- Experience modernizing customer facing portals
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to both influence others to act and listen/learn from stakeholders
- Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving acumen, with the ability to think strategically and creatively

Travel
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately up to 20%)

Compensation:
$146,900.00 - $262,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
