About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented intern to join our Product Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and excited to help shape how sales teams communicate insights back to product and engineering. You will support automation of sales feedback tracking, assist in building competitive intelligence processes, and help establish a repeatable benchmarking framework in collaboration with engineering.

This is a high‑visibility role where your work will directly influence product decisions, go‑to‑market strategy, and the future of our enablement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Feedback & Automation

  • Support the centralization and tracking of sales feedback from surveys, and internal channels.

  • Assist in designing and maintaining automated workflows for feedback submission, categorization, and reporting.

  • Generate dashboards and summaries highlighting trends, insights, and recurring themes from field teams.

Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking

  • Help establish a Competitive Benchmarking Core Team in partnership with Product and Engineering.

  • Support the development of a scalable process for capturing competitive data—performance, feature gaps, pricing signals, and differentiation insights.

  • Assist in maintaining internal competitive libraries, comparison guides, and slideware for sales.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to facilitate knowledge sharing.

  • Participate in research synthesis, go‑to‑market discussions, and feedback prioritization sessions.

  • Help prepare and deliver enablement materials such as one‑pagers, battlecards, and product readiness content.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable interpreting data and identifying patterns.

  • Experience with productivity and analytics tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Airtable, or equivalent).

  • Interest in product development, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background in workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).

  • Familiarity with product analytics or benchmarking methods.

  • Exposure to SaaS, automotive, or technology products.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience building scalable enablement processes that directly impact product and sales alignment.

  • Exposure to strategic product and engineering discussions.

  • A deeper understanding of competitive analysis, go‑to‑market strategy, and customer needs.

  • Opportunities to take ownership of meaningful projects and present insights to senior leaders.
