Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 3 million developers using it.
We are looking for a Product Designer with a refined taste to help evolve the Resend product. We want to work with experienced individuals who can take on any problem and solve it. Resend is a developer tool that values small details and craftsmanship.
This role is fully remote based in Americas or European time zones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

In this role, you will…Own projects end to end: work with customer support and engineering to define the problem, explore options, validate quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics
Run lightweight, self-serve research: talk to customers, test assumptions fast, and adjust direction based on what you learn
Prototype with AI tools to iterate ideas
Bring clarity to product vision and what should be built
Remove complexity from the users' shoulders
Have experience as a product designer working on complex products
Have ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
Actively use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
Have a portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
Define success metrics and adjust based on results
Communicate clearly and intentionally

Skills Required
- Experience as a product designer working on complex products
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT and AI tools in design workflow
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
- Ability to run lightweight, self-serve research and talk to customers to validate assumptions
- Define success metrics and iterate based on results
- Clear and intentional communicator
- Able to work fully remote in Americas or European time zones and travel occasionally for offsites and events
