Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer. Your expertise will contribute to our ambitious goal of positively impacting the nutrition and quality of life for over a 1,000,000,000 people worldwide.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on enhancing the customer journey through a unique behavior change methodology. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape a product that combines cutting-edge scientific approaches, AI-generated coaching, and gamification. We are building a truly innovative solution that has already proven effective for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

• As market leaders in the AI-first approach to weight loss, we set a high standard of excellence. We are looking for a specialist who can continue to push boundaries by identifying efficient, unconventional solutions that keep us at the forefront of the industry;

• Deep integration of AI technologies is a must-have — not a nice-to-have. You should be comfortable designing with AI as a core component of the user experience;

• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics, user psychology, and how to effectively integrate them into product experiences is essential;

What we’re looking for:

• A strong candidate has 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product;

• Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus;

• Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions;

• Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification;

• A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement;

• Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence.
