The Devices RoomOS and Agnostic Experiences team designs the human-technology interaction that powers modern collaboration across meeting rooms and hybrid workspaces. We sit at the convergence of hardware, software, and AI—shaping how people connect whether they're in the same room or across the globe, and our work directly defines Cisco's vision for the future of collaborative work. Ours is a cross-functional group of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers who balance technical rigor with deep human empathy. The vibe is curious, collaborative, and forward-looking, with AI and agentic workflows treated as central to how we design. If you're energized by dissolving the friction between people and technology, this is where that work happens.
