You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead a cross-functional project team to achieve the cost, growth, profit, quality objectives, and priorities of large-scale projects.
- Manage projects aligned with the I2M process, taking an end-to-end supply chain approach; oversee project execution and scheduling, define the project team, and ensure proper data flow to facilitate project approval stages (PAM/MOR).
- Ensure the identification of project scope, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements (human and financial); assist in resolving conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; apply methods to monitor project progress and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure the fulfillment of Customer Service & Logistics principles throughout all project stages.
- Minimize waste of raw materials, packaging, and finished products during and at the end of projects; contribute to reducing internal complexity by managing the increase in SKU numbers while utilizing existing platform assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and emergency planning suitable for relevant projects; ensure that the project team adopts and executes the plan according to project needs.
- Initiate master data for finished products; ensure that relevant data is obtained from respective departments for products to reach a saleable stage.
- Oversee the progression of artwork management in compliance with Mondelez policy; liaise with relevant departments to collect necessary information.
- Share project closure, evaluations, and lessons learned with the entire project team.

- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
- Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
- Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
- Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
- Strong conceptual and analytic skills - enjoys problem solving
More about this role:
Education / Certifications:
- University degree (accounting/finance, marketing, logistics, engineering, quality, food science, operations, etc.)
Job specific requirements:
- Preferably 4+ years' of professional experience in a consumer products environment, typically with supply chain / manufacturing / procurement / R&D / marketing / customer development / project management.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and basic supply chain principles.
- Excellent project management & organizational skills
- Influencing and negotiating skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal with complexity
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Drive for results and ability to motivate others
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
