Husqvarna Group is looking for a driven and collaborative Process & Transformation Lead to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our core business processes by identifying improvement opportunities, driving harmonization, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across our global hubs.

About the role

As our Process & Transformation Lead, you’ll be part of the GBS Lean team and work closely with stakeholders across finance, internal control, and change management. The Global Business Solutions organization was brought to life to become a strategic capability for Husqvarna Group—designed to fuel growth by delivering standardized and consistent processes across the organization. This role plays a key part in realizing that ambition by simplifying and strengthening our ways of working in alignment with the Group’s strategy, business needs, and core values.

In addition to leading improvement initiatives, within your role you will act as BPL for our Coupa platform, with a focus on the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. You’ll help ensure that the platform’s processes align with GBS strategies, support timely supplier payments, and contribute to high-quality invoice handling and continuous process development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across key business processes.

  • Facilitate workshops and improvement projects using lean tools to identify and eliminate waste.

  • Prioritize the GBS improvement backlog in collaboration with the GBS Lean team and management.

  • Align process design across functions and foster integration with other Lean colleagues.

  • Coach and develop GBS colleagues in continuous improvement competencies.

  • Monitor, track, and report on implementation plans, KPIs, and project progress.

  • Identify best practices internally and externally, drive implementation, and share learnings.

  • Support and challenge finance managers and country officers to improve performance.

  • Ensure internal control compliance in line with Husqvarna Group requirements.

  • Act as Business Process Lead for Coupa, ensuring process alignment, supplier payment efficiency, and ongoing optimization within the P2P scope.

About you

We’re looking for a proactive change agent with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and have a passion for process excellence and stakeholder collaboration. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and are committed to driving meaningful improvements that make a lasting impact.

In addition, you bring:

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, preferably within a shared services or global organization.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of process design and optimization across finance-related functions.

  • Experience working across cultures and geographies.

  • Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.

  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.

  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks and compliance standards.

  • Exposure to change management and cross-functional project leadership.

  • Experience working within shared service environments.
