Job Description:

Title : Operator

Dept/Div. : Manufacturing

Report to : Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

As an Operator at 3M Sweden, Varnamo plant, you will be mainly responsible for

• Perform duties in accordance with process standards, work instructions, procedures, work schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Carry out production activities with full responsibility, in line with the standards specified in job orders, work instructions, and guidance from the production supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate with all related functions to meet customer requirements.
• Consult with and report any challenges or issues to the production supervisor.
• Handle and identify various components for assembly, including electronic parts, and perform soldering for military products.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of soldering and assembling our products.
• Ability to understand and speak Swedish.
• Familiarity with our production processes.
• At least 6 months of experience in our production environment.
• An IPC certificate for military soldering is an advantage.
