We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Process Manager – Operations
We will count on you to:
- Responsible for consolidating data governance, enhancing claims reporting with actionable insights for the business (a key ask), developing carrier-level dashboards, and ensuring global reporting.
- Support consolidation of grievance with NPS.
What you need to have:
- MBA
- 2–6 years in employee benefits/group insurance ops (TPA/claims/endorsements); HNI/corporate client exposure preferred
- Strong English communication; MS Excel/PowerPoint; high ownership and stakeholder management

- MBA
- 2 to 6 years of experience in employee benefits or group insurance operations, including TPA, claims, or endorsements
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills
- HNI or corporate client exposure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Organized, self-disciplined, and proactive approach
- Good multitasking ability
