We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai.  This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Process Manager - Operations Team

We will count on you to:

• Manage enrolment process for a location having more than 400 policies.
• Manage and monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate with the Client Executive, Insurer & TPA
• Monitoring of SLA’s & TAT for endorsements, e-cards and queries.
• Ensure efficient use of Marsh Internal Portal for client servicing.
• Review and identify all escalated service requests and use this information to improve continuously within service delivery teams.
• Manage the invoicing process for all endorsement.
• Conduct audit, process review and enhancement.
• Submit reports to the Senior Management team in a timely manner.
• Responsible for providing support and guidance to the team.
• Conduct trainings for colleagues, mentor & coach team members to support their growth within the firm.
• Support CE and Team during Renewal process.

What you need to have:

• 10 years of experience in insurance industry.
• Domain Knowledge preferred.
• MBA degree
• Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
