We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mumbai -Times square team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Designation: Process Manager

What can you expect:

Support the operations excellence program for helping redesign and reengineer processes, identifying automation opportunities, and improving efficiency while maintaining appropriate controls. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking skills.

We will count on you to:

•       Prepare project plans, timelines, trackers, and status updates.

•       Monitor project progress and highlight key milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.

•       Create impactful presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews and governance meetings.

•       Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth project execution.

•       Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.

•       Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.

•       Drive and manage end-to-end operational projects from initiation to closure

•       Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and communication records

•       Ensure timely escalation of critical issues and provide resolution support

What you need to have:

Experience & Qualifications

•       Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools

•       Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting frameworks

•       Experience with applications/databases and SIT, UAT, and production deployments

Eligibility:

•       Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the insurance industry

•       Proven experience in operations or project management
