The Process Analyst plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy through detailed process analysis and audits. Located in Phase 3, DHA, the role involves conducting both onsite and offsite audits, reviewing data and dashboards, and developing strategies for process improvement. The Process Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate records, collaborating with departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Job Summary :

* Analyse and evaluate operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

* Conduct onsite and offsite audits to verify records and inventory

* Review and maintain analytical dashboards according to company standards

* Review and analyse data for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies

* Assist in developing and implementing process improvement strategies

* Maintain organised records of audit findings and analyses

* Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and enhance processes

* Prepare and present detailed reports to management

* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements

Qualifications :

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field

* Proven experience in process analysis or a related field

* Familiarity with data analytics and analytical dashboards

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in process analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements :

* Ability to travel for onsite audits and process evaluations as required

* Capability to handle extensive data review and analysis

Working Conditions :

* Office environment with periodic travel to other locations.

* Occasional long hours and tight deadlines may be required.
