Job Overview:

The Marketing AI Analyst will play a pivotal role in harnessing artificial intelligence to optimize our marketing efforts across various channels, including branding, content creation, advertising, video production etc. This role involves ongoing AI research, hands-on implementation of AI tools, and training team members to adapt to AI-driven processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing research on emerging AI technologies and tools relevant to marketing.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative AI solutions.
- Utilize current and upcoming AI tools such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, Jasper, DeepBrain AI, HubSpot AI, and Google AI to enhance content creation, customer engagement, and data analysis.
- Implement machine learning models for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Leverage AI-powered platforms to automate content generation and distribution across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design and deliver training programs / workshops for team members to build AI competencies.
- Create a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge about AI applications in marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing solutions leveraging AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a hands-on focus on AI applications.
- Solid expertise in AI tools and platforms
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, customer buying journey.
