Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Product Research Analyst to join our product team. This entry-level role will focus on assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and supporting product strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product management, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for learning in the field of product research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive analysis and assist in identifying market trends and product opportunities.
- Collect and document product feedback through surveys, user interviews, and research.
- Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and report findings to senior team members.
- Support product roadmap creation and development timelines.
- Maintain product documentation, user guides, and feature specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Learn and assist in wireframing tasks, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in product research, product management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for learning about product management and the product lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of market research techniques and product performance analysis.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exposure to advanced product research and management tools
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and product performance metrics
