Position Purpose
To identify, develop, oversee, and maintain successful relationships with key customers and personnel at Home Depot or Lowe's in a manner that maximizes sales of the MasterBrand and American Woodmark portfolio of products and services to Home Depot or Lowe's Pro customers.


Location: Greater Tampa Bay Area
Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Home Center–Pro relationships and drive territory sales growth.
  • Sell products/services within assigned territory, maintaining customer relationships and supporting ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive new Pro business development, identifying opportunities and executing growth plans.
  • Build and maintain client relationships across the territory through regular customer engagement.
  • Partner with field sales teams to identify and develop Pro sales opportunities.
  • Prioritize selling activities and manage time effectively to maximize productivity and customer coverage.
  • Manage marketing, travel, and entertainment budgets to support territory sales growth.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer issues, resolving service and warranty concerns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on products and quotes to win and convert sales.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions, providing market insights and reporting.
  • Demonstrate the cognitive, language, reasoning, and mathematical abilities consistent with the expectations of this role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all core values, policies, and standards.
  • Recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
  • Offers may be contingent upon successful completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical Examination and/or potential Motor Vehicle Check.
  • Travel up to 70%

Ideal Candidate Profile
Work Experience

  • 1 - 3 years Proven track record in sales with new business development experience - Required
  • 1+ years Experience with Professional Contractors or within Project Management - Preferred
  • 1+ years Kitchen and bath cabinet experience including product knowledge - Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to disseminate and utilize needed information from blueprints and schematics, including measuring
  • Drive, determination, and discipline of a self-starter
  • Proactive, go-getter approach focused on cold calling and generating new leads
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with external and internal groups
  • Energy and focus to be goals and results orientated
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Conflict resolution over sensitive or complex issues, with demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Proficient use of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus

Education

  • Bachelors Degree In a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree - Preferred
