Lead HR for a manufacturing plant: develop PLT, manage recruiting, performance, training, compliance, employee relations, and documentation. Support continuous improvement, safety, and a union-free environment while partnering with Corporate HR and Legal.

Distribute and manage mill schedules and work orders, handle data entry (scrap, cycle counts, maintenance orders), coordinate expediting and schedule adjustments, perform inventory/floor counts, and support compliance and communication between production and planning.

Support plant environmental, health, and safety programs by assisting training, filing workers' compensation claims, conducting safety inspections and audits, maintaining SDS programs, accompanying employees to medical/drug screenings, and supporting safety projects under the Safety Manager.

Perform product and process audits to ensure final products meet specifications and customer requirements. Identify and document nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, support and maintain Quality System processes, recommend process improvements, coordinate training and monitor procedure implementation.

Prepare kitchen and bath layouts, quotes and bids; manage customer files and contract dates; implement pricing updates; use CAD/2020 software for designs; coordinate with sales, operations, and customers; read blueprints and produce reports while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Lead and grow a plant engineering team to identify, manage, and deliver capital and technology projects (automation, robotics, process control) from concept through commissioning. Own engineering specifications, budgets, vendor selection, project execution, and cross-functional leadership to improve safety, reduce cost, and shorten lead time. Manage maintenance staff and contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely using the ERP system: match invoices to POs, review NONPO invoices, load electronic files, correct entries, reconcile accounts, communicate with vendors and clients, assist team members, and meet strict deadlines.

Lead plant automation strategy and projects, install and commission a progressive build cell, evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities, manage vendors and contractors, ensure projects meet technical, budgetary, and schedule goals, and support continuous improvement.

Perform assembly, material handling, or wood finishing tasks while maintaining safety and housekeeping. Cross-train, follow pick-lists and labels, learn new skills, support teammates, prioritize tasks, and perform other duties as requested to meet production goals.

Build, finish, repair and restore cabinets and display cases using hand and power tools. Install hardware and fixtures, apply stains/paints and finishes, perform precision cutting and shaping from drawings or instructions, and collaborate to ensure quality and timely completion.

Coordinate and optimize department production processes to meet SQDC targets. Supervise hourly employees, ensure equipment maintenance, manage hiring/training/performance, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement and inventory/material flow practices while maintaining a safe, productive manufacturing environment.

Sell kitchen and bath cabinets to builders and multi-family accounts. Develop territory sales plans, generate new business, manage budgets, perform client visits, presentations, bids, account evaluations, and reporting to meet sales goals.

Lead and develop the planning team to ensure timely production and distribution. Oversee supply planning in Oracle ERP, monitor forecasts, inventory and safety stock, run daily shortage and ship-short meetings, support NPI and new product projects, reconcile schedules, optimize batch production, report KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to resolve shortages and improve processes.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and support of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning & Budgeting and Oracle ERP Cloud. Partner with business and IT to define architecture, integrations, and solutions; manage projects through full lifecycle, governance, stakeholder communication, budgets, risk, and post-go-live support.

Drive process improvements and standardization for machining and assembly operations. Develop process controls, oversee machine upgrades and preventative/predictive maintenance, train operators, maintain technical documentation (electrical prints, PLC/VFD programs), assist maintenance on complex issues, and participate on continuous improvement projects to improve uptime and first pass yield.
