Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Tackling systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
- Designing scalable components, patterns and systems that balance product needs with exceptional craft standards.
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering partners to solve complex design and technical challenges.
- Optimising the design system for flexibility, cross-team integration and speed.
- Leading within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
- Solving Product Design problems that few others can, taking the lead on foundational workstreams like accessibility and responsive design with a view to how they make the product experience better for everyone.
- Connecting related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed - Exceptional in one dimension of design, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Craft, Programs.
- Skilled in using high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or existing systems.
- Designed new patterns or introduced standards adopted by others in previous roles.
- Track record of proactively identifying and driving initiatives that strengthen the team
