About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

About the role;

As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Kyriba, you will bring deep expertise to both the delivery of hiring across your defined areas and the continued evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will help shape how we work, introduce new thinking where it's needed, and deliver outcomes that genuinely move the needle for Kyriba.

This is a role for someone who thrives with autonomy, is energised by complexity, and takes real pride in the quality of what they deliver. You won't need to be told what to do next - you'll already know, and you'll bring others along with you. Your impact will be felt not just in the hires you make, but in the way you help build something better over time. The road ahead for Kyriba is an exciting one, and you'll play a meaningful part in shaping it.

For this particular position you will predominantly be supporting our Global Revenue Organisation.

About the team;

We are on a Talent Acquisition Transformation journey, building a growth engine that enables Kyriba to hire at speed without compromising on quality. The team spans multiple geographies and brings together both recruiters and an operations function. As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be one of the key contributors to how that engine is designed and run, helping to set the standard for the team and contributing your expertise to how we grow together.

What you’ll do;

Ownership of Hiring Outcomes

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process across your defined areas, holding yourself accountable to both the quality and timeliness of outcomes.

  • Work closely with business leaders to build shared clarity on hiring goals, proactively keeping things moving and bringing people along with you when alignment is needed.

  • Be someone the business can rely on to manage your own priorities with confidence and good judgement, knowing when to act independently and when to bring others in.

Leading Strategic Initiatives

  • Take the lead on meaningful cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, helping to define direction and deliver improvements that have a lasting impact on how the team operates.

  • Bring creative, well-considered thinking to problems that don't always have an obvious answer, developing new approaches and ways of working where there isn't already a clear path.

  • Own the outcomes of the initiatives you lead, tracking progress against measurable results and sharing the story of your impact with the wider organisation.

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Help design and deliver innovative global talent acquisition strategies, setting a high bar for how Kyriba attracts and secures exceptional talent.

  • Bring fresh thinking to how we approach sourcing, employer brand, talent mapping, and pipeline development, always with an eye on what will work best for Kyriba's next chapter.

  • Use TA tools and data thoughtfully to generate insights that refine our strategy and demonstrate the tangible value of the work we do.

  • Work collaboratively across TA and the broader HR team to ensure our global hiring practices are joined up and consistent.

Stakeholder Partnership and Influence

  • Build genuinely strong, trusted relationships across the business including with senior leadership, becoming a go-to voice on talent strategy, market insight, and hiring best practice.

  • Bring a consultative, collaborative approach to your stakeholder interactions, sharing your expertise in a way that supports good decision-making and builds lasting confidence in TA.

  • Develop a clear and practical reporting approach that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, progress to goals, and where we can do more together. The benchmarks you help define should become a point of pride for the team.

Raising the Bar Across the Team

  • Share your knowledge generously, supporting and mentoring colleagues across the Talent Acquisition team as a natural part of how you work.

  • Be someone who brings positivity and steadiness, particularly in moments of change or uncertainty, and use your own approach to inspire and motivate those around you.

  • When you have a new idea or see an opportunity, be able to articulate it clearly and make a compelling case, grounded in outcomes and a genuine understanding of what Kyriba needs.

  • Keep your own process and pipeline management to an excellent standard within the ATS, setting an example others naturally want to follow.

What you bring;

  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of delivering on complex hiring goals while also contributing to broader team or functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies, including bringing new ideas and approaches to life in environments that are fast-moving or evolving.

  • A natural ability to work with autonomy and confidence, making thoughtful decisions and keeping things moving without needing a great deal of direction.

  • The ability to connect talent acquisition outcomes to broader business impact, communicating that story clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise across recruitment marketing, direct sourcing, talent intelligence, and TA technology, with a data-informed approach to how you work.

  • A genuine and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core part of how great hiring is done.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and influence at all levels of an organisation.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and a positive outlook make a real difference.

  • For this role, this experience must encompass work within global sales organisations.

  • For this role, a background in the SaaS or broader technology and software industry, with an understanding of the talent landscape, hiring nuances, and candidate profiles that define these sectors.
