Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy, success measures, and feedback loops Windows customer feedback experiences, including the Windows Feedback Hub.
- Use customer feedback, telemetry, reliability, release, and other product signals to identify opportunities to improve Windows quality.
- Explore AI-assisted capabilities that can improve feedback quality, analysis, issue detection, and engineering efficiency.
- Synthesize complex technical and customer inputs into clear recommendations for engineering teams and leadership.

- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

- 10+ years of experience leading product strategy and delivery in a large technology environment, with proven success partnering across engineering, design, and business teams to ship products from inception through launch.
- Ability to develop, understand, and apply domain-specific technical knowledge to suggest and deliver product designs and specifications that deliver business outcomes.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated big data experience, with the ability to evaluate complex information and produce actionable business insights and reports.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
