Design and lead enterprise-grade Copilot and agentic AI solutions across Power Platform, Azure, and M365. Assess customer AI readiness, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, drive pre-sales and delivery, enforce responsible AI and security, define operational runbooks, and validate business value. Mentor teams, contribute reusable IP, and guide governance, testing, deployment, and adoption for Copilot/agent rollouts.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable rollout and upgrade systems for Azure PostgreSQL. Write high-quality code, add tests, participate in architecture and code reviews, operate live services (on-call), and mentor teammates while improving reliability and performance.

Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models (transformers, generative AI, RL) to optimize ad relevance and user interactions; build scalable data pipelines; run A/B experiments and offline evaluation; incorporate latest AI research to improve Microsoft Ads, Copilot, and related systems.

Design and build large-scale, highly available Responsible AI cloud services. Lead architecture, development, release, and production readiness. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate Responsible AI features across Azure AI and related services, drive DevOps practices, and improve performance, observability, and reliability.

Work with customers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver cloud-based solutions. Build, run, and improve large-scale Azure Storage services. Analyze telemetry, lead production-incident investigations and root-cause analysis, design safe recovery and self-healing automation, create monitoring and dashboards, act as DRI/on-call, and apply AI tools responsibly to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Design, implement, and own code for Azure Block Storage features. Collaborate across teams on block devices, filesystems, hardware offloads, transports, and systems integration. Serve as a designated responsible individual for on-call monitoring and restoration, and improve availability, reliability, performance, and observability at cloud scale.

Lead firmware architecture and development for scalable, high-performance backend systems supporting AI accelerators. Design low-level drivers, system libraries, and protocols for SoC bring-up; collaborate with hardware teams; mentor engineers; lead debugging, optimization, validation, and production readiness across firmware lifecycle.
