Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Your Future Org
The Revenue Operations team is a strategic partner to Atlassian's customer-facing organizations, helping turn business priorities into clear operating plans, scalable processes, and reliable insights. The team works across strategy, operations, systems, and analytics to improve how post-sales teams plan, execute, and measure performance at scale.
Your Future Team
You will join a team that supports the operational foundations of Atlassian's post-sales business. This role is centered on providing operational support spanning Customer Success, Partners & Alliances, and cross-functional Strategy & Analytics teams, helping leaders coordinate priorities, define reporting needs, and run effective business rhythms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across post-sales to shape operational priorities, support annual planning, and improve execution against strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and business rhythms across Customer Success, Partners & Alliances, Strategy, Analytics, Systems, and adjacent operations teams.
- Define and manage reporting cadences, planning calendars, and roadmap visibility for recurring leadership reviews, planning cycles, and strategic deliverables.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, including problem statements, success criteria, scope, and data needs for analytics and technical partners.
- Architect operational data requirements and help establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and source-of-truth processes across post-sales workflows.
- Partner with analytics, systems, and tooling teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and usability across platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Drive structured tracking, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for cross-functional initiatives without adding unnecessary process overhead.
- Build concise, leadership-ready materials that clarify progress, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to simplify work through automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, consistency, and scale.
