Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/ cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industryspecific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 150+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Principle DevOps Engineer
- Should have 10+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Responsible for creating software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment.
- Principle DevOps Engineer is accountable for designing, building, and optimising automation systems that help to execute business web and data infrastructure platforms.
- Hands on experience maintaining and using build systems (Jenkins, Artifactory)
- 2+ years working with Python, maintaining and creating scripts. • Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Strong experience in cloud (AWS)
- Should have experience in setting up infrastructure from the scratch
Hands on experience with scalability, deployment optimisation, high-availability, fail-over strategies - Hands on experience with Unix systems (bash, scripting) • Involved in planning for high availability, disaster recovery and compliance
- Responsible for the Infrastructure maintenance, availability, performance & cost reduction
- Automate tasks and monitoring systems to continuously improve our systems
- Develop scripts and tools to make our infrastructure resilient and efficient
- Understand our applications and services and keep them running smoothly
- Strong experience in Kubernetes and Helm
- Should be able to architect the Infra.
- Project manage large projects. Convert large requirements into tasks, distribute to the team and make sure the execution is done as expected.
- Should be able to drive the projects technically with the team members
- Manage multiple initiatives in the team
- Work with management and the team to plan and execute projects.
