Own complex L2 customer escalations from root-cause investigation through resolution and confirmation. Debug conversational AI flows, voice integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, core banking connectors, logs, traces, and transcripts. Analyze AI behavior gaps, improve knowledge bases, coordinate P1/P2 incidents, document post-mortems, maintain audit-ready Salesforce records, and provide actionable feedback to Engineering, Product, and ML teams. The role requires direct customer communication, independent judgment, and rotating-shift availability.

Leads the entire marketing function for an AI platform serving credit unions and community banks. Owns positioning, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, content, events, analyst relations, brand, sales enablement, pipeline contribution, and marketing metrics. Builds a small senior team, shapes pricing and product roadmap decisions, represents the company publicly, and establishes category leadership for agentic financial services technology.

Build and own end-to-end production modules for an AI-native fintech platform using LLMs. Ship weekly releases, create evaluation harnesses to verify model outputs, and maintain quality in live banking environments. Work on-agentic and conversational AI systems in a fast-paced, on-site San Francisco team.

Lead finance strategy and execution for a high-growth B2B SaaS company: own planning/forecasting, accounting and revenue recognition, audit readiness, finance systems and data, pricing/revops, treasury and investor relations, vendor/bank-grade diligence, compliance support, internal controls, and build a scalable finance team.

Own a portfolio of strategic credit union and community bank accounts as the primary customer contact. Own the technical win for enterprise deals: lead technical discovery, build tailored demos and POCs, present architecture/integration/ROI to technical and business buyers, co-own competitive strategy, maintain demo environments, support migrations, and feed product/engineering with deal intelligence.

Lead and build an end-to-end domain: design architecture, write production code, set technical bar, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact AI products (agents, runtimes, integrations) in a San Francisco onsite role.

Serve as primary technical contact, deliver architecture blueprints and integration specs, lead production issue resolution, support pre-sales discovery, and produce reusable integration assets while feeding product and engineering with structured feedback.

Lead creation and growth of fintech ecosystem integration partnerships for credit unions and community banks. Develop joint GTM strategies, manage partner portfolio, drive technical and commercial integrations, collaborate with internal sales on pipeline and co-selling, represent the company at industry events, and lead partner negotiations and long-term strategic alignment.

Lead and scale new-business revenue for interface.ai: own pipeline, forecasting, deal velocity, playbooks, hiring and coaching of sales teams, close strategic C-level deals, align GTM with Product/Marketing/Customer Success, and represent the company at industry events to grow adoption in credit unions and community banks.

Lead as the first in-house attorney, negotiate commercial and data-processing agreements, run privacy/AI compliance (GDPR/CCPA), advise on employment and corporate governance, manage outside counsel, support financings and board governance.

Lead and scale the product-facing engineering organization for consumer fintech products. Hire and grow teams, drive architecture and code quality, embed AI-native tooling and practices, and ship member-facing voice/chat/BankGPT experiences while remaining hands-on in technical reviews and architecture.
