Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Growth Partner (CGP) to lead strategic growth, relationship management, and account expansion for one of our largest and most important public sector clients that administers one of the largest school system in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, business development, and delivery oversight, with a mandate to deepen executive relationships, identify high-impact opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes across digital transformation, AI, and citizen/student experience initiatives.

1. Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own and grow a designated public sector account as a strategic business portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with client priorities and education transformation goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the account, including client leadership, agencies, and partner ecosystem.

2. Growth & Business Development

  • Identify, shape, and close new opportunities across areas such as:
    • Digital transformation
    • AI and data platforms
    • Student and parent experience
    • Operational efficiency and modernization
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.

3. Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships at the CXO and senior agency leadership level.
  • Position the organization as a long-term transformation partner.
  • Navigate complex government structures, procurement processes, and stakeholder landscapes.

4. Delivery Oversight & Client Success

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor program performance, mitigate risks, and ensure outcomes align with client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across engagements.

5. Ecosystem & Partnership Development

  • Collaborate with partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, system integrators) to co-create solutions.
  • Leverage alliances to strengthen positioning within the account.

6. Thought Leadership

  • Bring insights on education trends, AI adoption, and public sector innovation.
  • Represent the organization in client forums, workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large public sector or education accounts.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with NYC agencies or large school systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals.

Preferred

  • Experience in education technology, digital transformation, or AI/data platforms.
  • Existing relationships within Government or K-12 eco-system.
  • Familiarity with grant funding, public sector budgeting cycles, and compliance frameworks.

Additional Information

  • Location: Nagarro New York City office
  • Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)
  • Salary Range: $270,000 - $320,000 Gross (includes base + variable) depending on skills and years of experience + Standard Benefits
