The PositionJob Summary
According to RDSL business and people strategies, partner with business stakeholders, perform comprehensive analysis of business knowledge and capabilities gaps. Provide the commercial training consultancy, design and develop an effective and consistent commercial training system and content, implement the learning plan effectively to ensure the good learning experience. Continue to evolve the commercial training system to ensure fit-for-future organizational needs.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement annual training plan of entire business to facilitate meeting organizational goals and individual professional needs.
2. Collect, evaluate, and identify training requirements of entire business with internal and external resources including global partners to develop, review and improve training programs, including customized programs, design and implement training strategies and solutions
3. Develop and organize training materials including manuals, slides, and other materials, deploy the online and offline trainings in bilingual language (English and Mandarin)
4. Develop measurement mechanism, evaluate and follow up of training effectiveness, report the feedbacks to the business.
5. Support training program effective communication plan to enhance the business engagement
6. Create and manage training budget to maximum return on investment
7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Education& Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Medical or business related major
2. Ability in facilitation and consultation, training organization and strong in communication skills
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Training expertise is desired, healthcare industry background is a plus
Experience:
1. At least 5 years similar experience in the relevant function
2. Experience in project management with strong business acumen
3. Experience in cross function collaboration and result driven for business impact.
