As part of the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) team, you will be selling to Central Government Customers across Italy, including Central Administrations, Ministries, Defence, Large System Integrators and Police. You'll be instrumental in growing and managing a range of Public Sector accounts, partnering with our Strategic Account Executives to champion the Salesforce vision and drive transactional growth.

Fluency in English and Italian required.
University Degree or equivalent experience.
Office-flexible presence required; role based in Salesforce Rome office.
Exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Managing the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources (Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc.).
Contributing to account and sector strategy planning.
Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
Organizing and managing industry events and user groups.
Building campaigns to target new business growth.
Ensuring forecast hygiene and accuracy.
Generating new ideas to improve overall business performance.
