What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders in Sales, Sales Ops, Business Unit GMs, and Product to develop executable pricing strategies aligned to the business unit's GTM strategy.
- Requires strong knowledge of business, marketplace dynamics, sales team structure, and tools / technology that supports price execution.
- Provides thought leadership in pricing science, expert knowledge of pricing models, techniques, and strategies to guide business GMs, Sales, and Product partners in developing sustainable pricing that will help enable the business to meet its revenue and profitability objectives.
- Partners with the Product and IT teams when developing strategies, processes, and tools to ensure strategies are executable and informed by existing system limitations, restrictions, and marketplace realities.
- Drives pricing analytics, discounting and rebate strategies, and new product monetization approaches through thoughtful analysis, modeling, and market testing where appropriate.
- Drive a strong partnership between the Pricing Strategy team and business GMs, Sales Leaders, and Product teams throughout the organization.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide transformational initiatives within the business that require pricing.
- Support pricing discussions with VP & SVP level executives in the core business unit they support.
- Develop relationships as trusted advisor with key VP/SVP GMs within the business

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years of experience in pricing, sales, operations, consulting, or related field driving product management, strategy, or revenue management disciplines. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and different organizational levels to deliver results.
- Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize workflow and work independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively within complex decision-making and organizational structures.
- Ability to lead parallel assignments in a high-quality manner while hitting deadlines.
Preferred:
- Degree in Business, Finance or Data Science. MBA preferred.
- Hands-on experience developing advanced pricing models, proofs of concept, business cases to support pricing strategy decision making.
- Experience developing pricing strategies and plans for new products and innovative services.
USD 122,600.00 - 204,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $122,600.00 - $204,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
